This week we kicked off our Level One Salsa Class at Dance Conmigo, and what an incredible start it was! We had a great turn out of almost equal amount of leaders and follower. There was good energy, smiles, and new dancers ready to take their first steps into salsa.
In this very first class, our beginners learned the building blocks of salsa:
- The Basic Step – the rhythm that sets the foundation.
- The Back Step – adding movement and flow.
- Right Turns – the first spin to bring style and fun.
