After a ten year hiatus, I started dancing Salsa again in 2011 at Dance Conmigo. What joy! I\u2019ve been on the classes and on the dance floor ever since \u00a0Alain and Cheryl are great teachers and wonderful people. Their classes are fun and inspiring. I have learnt one thing about dance. You never stop learning. The body and mind are like sponges when it comes to movement and music.
