How did you meet?
We met the old fashioned way, at college (aka university)!
Whose idea was it to take lessons for your first dance?
Hers!
Did either of you have any dance experience before taking lessons?
None whatsoever. We both have two left feet 🙂 but Cheryl changed that, so we enjoy dancing together now.
How did you choose your first dance song?
We were trying to find a song that felt fun, happy, romantic, and was a male/female duet. We also wanted a song that wasn’t a traditional first dance song (although our song, “Carry You Home” by Alex Warren ft. Ella Henderson, became a pretty popular one). We also chose a more traditional song for our last dance of the evening. We needed a song that would close the dance floor and was easy enough to dance to after a full day of wedding festivities, so we chose “Sway” by Michael Bublé.

Vermont, USA.
How did your first dance go?
Epic!!
What’s one thing that made your wedding uniquely “you”?
Legos, lots and lots of Legos!
