Classes at high schools for cultural activity

We teach engaging dance workshops for high school students, CEGEPs, and college students.

These workshops not only serve as intercultural activities but are frequently integrated into Spanish programs, enabling us to teach Latin dances like salsa and bachata in Spanish. By combining Latin dances with the Spanish program, we create a dynamic learning experience that embraces both cultural diversity and the joy of movement.

Party animation

As dance teachers, we can animate your upcoming celebration, be it a wedding, birthday party, or corporate event.

Let us guide your guests through engaging dance routines or teach them the fundamental steps of a Latin dance. Our interactive approach creates a spirit of celebration while participates learn, have fun, laugh – and develop the ability to confidently hit the dance floor.

Team building/ Staff appreciation for corporations

Invite us to your workplace to teach a one-off class for staff appreciation day – or for a series of classes as part of a progressive program.

Beyond the physical benefits, dance fosters an environment of collaboration, trust, and camaraderie among employees. By engaging in learning a dance, participants learn to communicate effectively, adapt to different roles, and rely on one another for seamless coordination. The shared experience of learning to dance encourages mutual support and empathy, ultimately strengthening relationships within teams.

Dance as medicine

We have worked with the Montreal General Hospital and several CLSCs to use dance as medicine.

Dance offers many benefits for one’s health and well-being. Firstly, dance serves as an enjoyable form of physical exercise, promoting cardiovascular health, endurance, and overall fitness. The movements and coordination involved in dancing improve balance, flexibility, and coordination. Dance also acts as a mood booster, releasing endorphins that alleviate stress, anxiety, and depression, while fostering a positive mindset. Additionally, dance provides a social outlet, fostering connections and a sense of belonging through group classes or performances.
